Message: We were in a bind because our planned train trip home was canceled at the last minute. We needed to get home today and Avis was the only car rental agency willing to rent us a car one way. They saved us. The rental agent at both ends, Pike Pl in Seattle and 9th St in Corvallis were both kind and courteous.

Message: I was initially concerned to rent a car from this place due to all the negative reviews but, went ahead with it. My experience was as smooth as a picking a rental car can be. My car was ready by the time I arrived, lady at the front was nice and quick. Return was also a smooth experience. Will definitely rent again if I have to.

Message: Rent at this place for many times. Ellen and her team were super helpful. But the waiting time can be very long sometimes. And you may have a few options between pickup and minivan if you are the latter one in the line.

Message: The rental location on Pike St. was very convenient for us. I had read about folks having difficulty with the garage ramp so I called in advance to inquire and a very nice person offered that if I asked they would bring the car out for us. Upon arrival I requested this and Brenton, bought the car down and then provided excellent direction back to our hotel. On the day I returned the vehicle Brenton again put the car back for us. I could not have asked for better service or a better rental experience. 5 stars easy!
